## The Shift to Outcomes In traditional software development, teams often focus on output: number of features shipped, lines of code written, or velocity points burnt. While these metrics track activity, they rarely correlate with business value. ### Why Outcome Matters Outcome-driven teams focus on the *impact* of their work. Did user retention go up?
